cPanel Pro -> cPanel VPS possible?

Hi,

We are going to rsync an image from a cPanel Pro server to a VPS.

My question is will the cPanel VPS automaticly download and install with the nightly (or forcefull) cPanel update or is there something else we must do to make this happen?

You can change the auto update settings in WHM, you can turn them on or off and change the distro level (stable, current, etc)

Ehm this is not what I meant. I'm talking about cPanel VPS. This is a special cPanel buid when run on a VPS.

I don't really understand what you mean. You can transfer all accounts from your dedicated server to a VPS without any problems.

The updates won't cause a problem when transferring accounts over.
