Wondering if anybody is using the pro cpanel version and if it's stable enough for a production environment. I have some customers that would like to use the "Boxtrapper" tool.
Thanks alot.

Seems to be working okay. Well enough that Chirpy on this forum added an additional function to allow users to tweak their MailScanner settings.
Thank you for your post. A couple more positive posts and I'll go for it, Thanks again.
You have my word if it counts.cPanel Pro works well. And like sawbuck said, others are adding to it, so it is here to stay.

very nice piece of software. it allows support submissions from within cPanel![]()
Just wish the helpdesk submission feature would be reseller-aware (allowing them to use/not use that feature and point it to a different support mechanism/location).
Other than that, I've had no problems with it and boxtrapper is quite handy (though it would be nice if there were an option to ask people to go to a web page, and enter some text to get approved).
Still, those are improvement requests and not show-stopping bugs, so I'd say it's pretty safe to use.
Thank you very much for everyones feedback. I will install this on my servers today, Thanks again
Is cpanel stable enough?
everything on cpanel pro seems to work except for boxtrapper
"is cPanel stable enough?"
LOL
boxtrapper works fine on my system. remember to restart exim when you install pro.
Agree, boxtrapper does work fairly well.
As for cPanel itself being stable, that's like asking if Microsoft is secure.

I fixed boxtrapper on my boxes. I guess the permissions were set wrong on the box trapper dir, so it wouldent read any of the confirmation messages![]()
