Cpanel on RH7.2 and Cpanel on RH9, DNS problem

Hello,

I recently have a new server running Cpanel on Rh9 and it will be a slave server to my old machine, Cpanel on RH7.2

when I set up trust relationship, it all seemed fine. but when I tried setting up/terminating a few accounts. I have the following error messages:

Removing Named entry...testdomain.com -> deleted
ndc: connection to remote host closed
This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of
the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect,
or the key is invalid.
Done


Does that mean my slave nameserver on RH9 won't be able to communicate with primary nameserver on RH7.2?? After I setup the account, I looked into /var/named directory on primary nameserver, the entry is there and fine. And after I terminated the test account, the nameserver entry is gone as well.

anyone have the same problem? any suggestions?

I tried /scripts/fixndc, it doesn't help.

apparently rh9 has rndc-key instead of rndckey in named.conf, just remove the dash
