CPanel Server & Eudora on Mac

I have tried several different ways to set up a customer\'s Eudora client to connect to the mail serve and couldn\'t do it.

Has anybody done it, what are the client settings?

P.S. I tried % instead of @ as well as setting username as username.domain.com , no dice

It\'s really the same as every other client. What error specifically do they get? Is their domain actually pointing to your server (one of the most common cause of problems when people can\'t connect to their mail servers)?
