cPanel Server Suite ETA

Dear all,

I believe some of you were lucky enough to experience the cPanel Server Suite Beta in December of last year but unfortunately, we were not.

As we still have a high interest on this product, I would be interested to see if there is an ETA on another beta release or even full product release as I have not seen much on the topic since last year.

Could anybody clear up some news or information on the product, eta's etc?

As I am planning to move away from Helm Web Host Manager, since it is being sold to Paxxxxl (Plxxk).

We now have 2 options, either wait for Cpanel to launch or use another Web Host manager to replace Helm.

Considering our SPLA provider stopped permitting us to lease Windows Server 2003 back in February 2008 and we have until February 2009 to migrate to Windows 2008, I to am chasing on an ETA for cPanel Server Suite.

In 1 months time we are forced to tell all current Windows based customers (currently running Helm v3) that due to Microsoft forcing us to migrate to Server 2008 and no suitable/reliable control panel available that they are to move to another host that may be able to cater for them (we refuse to use Plesk).

I had hoped that cPanel Server Suite would be available by now, as it would take sometime to migrate customers across to the new system, but so far it looks like we'll be telling them the bad news that Microsoft wishes people not to host on their software.

totally rude for denying my access to the thread i was part of this thread and also i´ve been coding firewalls and security scripts for windows since 2003 and it is not fare be excluded from the discussion

i realise months ago that cpanel's hide the important thread regarding windows 2008 just because they are talking about windows support for years and all the stuff they have to show is a bunch of PDFs any graphic design could produce we dont even know if are really print screens!

so if anyone know why we cannot access the WINDOWS 2008 cpanel support thread please let me know

You might want to double check this with your SPLA provider. I am pretty sure that if you were reporting 2003 Std Licenses before xyz date (I think 1st Jan), you can continue to do so.
