cPanel Stats Won't Update

I'm pulling my hair out!

All my stats for Webalizer, AWStats and and Analog stats have not updated since 03-Jun-2011. When I got a cPanel license again.

I have checked WHM and it's set for them to update every 12 hours. I have made all 3 systems Available to Users and Active by Default. When checking WHM logs for the user it says Stats Last Processed at: Fri Jun 17 19:13:14 2011.

I have been on Tweak Settings and enabled all 3 programs, 'Allow users to update Awstats from cPanel' is also 'on' however in cPanel the 'Update' button does not appear.

Stats log level has been set a 3, as someone else suggested on this forum to see if there was an issue there. Everything is on default.

I would really appreciate some help, please remember I am not too good with all the SSH stuff and so would need some guidance on things like that.

If you run the following command in root SSH, what output do you receive?

/scripts/runweblogs username

Please replace username with the cPanel username for one of the impacted accounts.

How do I do that? I really have no idea with SSH etc.

You can only do it via SSH, once logged into root SSH on the machine, you would issue the command exactly as I indicated other than replacing username with the username having the issues.

I've done that and the cPanel stats have updated (at 19:05BST - so before I ran the command), but they've only logged the last two days..

Putty is a client used to connect to SSH, so correct putty could get you to SSH on the machine if you have that client installed.

Yep I ran the command, the results are above.

After running the command, are stats now updating daily for the user or they have ceased updating again? It is likely not possible to obtain the prior missing days stats if they have been cleared out of the domlogs already.

Still not working, I'm getting really frustrated now. They do not update themselves. I can manually update awstats now but it's empty. It says 'Last Update: 11 Jul 2011 - 21:12' however it shows no visitors at all since the last update.

Thanks for the help, my host is kindly looking into it as the license is bought through them and if they can not fix the issue I'll create a ticket here.

For some reason the logfiles lines in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf were commented for the domain - that's what my host said, all is working now
