cpanel support form ( support.cgi ) has failed

on one server have not checked others I cannot submit the cpanel support form, just a generic error (page cannot be displayed ) that is support.cgi fails , anyone else seeing this, upgraded to latest version (9.9.8-RELEASE 119) and checked via 2 isp same on both, which puts me in a bad place because i need to submit requests, also does cpanel have an alternative submission (email ,tickets etc) to this. ?

its working now after 3 post attempts , just need more persistance perhaps !
