    Default cPanel Support Problems

    Once again I am having problems with getting support from the Cpanel People?

    I have had a ticket running since 7/30/04, and have been ignored day after day.

    How do I escalate the ticket to the support manager?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks in advance for your help.

    The ticket # is 68593.
