CPanel Support Ticket System

For some reason, after a reply is given to a ticket, it won't display any more after the "Support Log for Request #####" part. The rest is blank.

I have tried Internet Explorer, Mozilla 1.6, FireFox, etc, still blank

I dont even know how to use the cpanel support ticket system.

How do you activate this feature in cpanel? (ive got it checked in feature listing, but doesnt show up in x theme)
