Cpanel Support Ticket System DOWN

I am trying to submit a trouble ticket and everytime I try I get the following message...

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, josh@cpanel.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I have emailed Josh but it's still down. Hopefully someone from Cpanel sees this and kicks the Ticket machine.

If you want an update from them I'd suggest phoning them, especially if billing@cpanel.net isn't working either.
