CPanel themes for each account?

I see when creating new account you can choose for each account different

CPanel theme, is this true?
or for each package different CPanel Theme?

Yes, when you create a new account, you can choose the theme for that account, similarly you can choose the default theme for each package you create, accounts created with that package will be given the default theme for the account you set for the package... Be sure to go to addon themes in whm and add the additional themes, there are some free ones, which are excellent...

It should but for some reason it doesn't work for me. I choose a theme for a packed but it is not choosen when I create an account and choose the package from the drop down menu. Wonder if this is a bug in WHM?
