We get asked to give a suport access number, but there is no field were to put it!

Hi all,
I know this is an old post, but rather than open a new thread, I thought I'd bump this one up.
We seem to be having this issue at present.
We cannot see the access ID field.
We have tried:
Firefox 3.0.10
IE 8
Opera 9.64
Safari 4
But still the same issue is visible.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around/fix this up?
