Anyone who wishes to obtain acess to the Cpanel Support/Ticket system, please email billing@cpanel.net to setup an account. You'll need to send. Acess to the system is free to customers with a valid cpanel license, however we will only fix problems on your server, and will not answer requests such as &How do I.......?&

Since you want the hostname and IP, do we have to register for each box we have? Or is that just to verify who we are?

You'll need to register each box you have .. however we just need verify who you are for now.
