CPanel update failed from 10.x.x.x to latest 11 stable

Dear guys,

Recently I have updated our cpanel server to the latest stable version, but failed. It keeps saying timeout and download failed, and now WHM can not run with error "/usr/local/cpanel/cpsrvd: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Cwd/Cwd.so: undefined symbol: perl_get_sv" . Anyone can help me with this issue? FYI I use CentOS 4.5 on my server.

Not familiar with that error but have you tried to upgrade perl and then do a upcp --force ?

I recommend submitting a support ticket about this issue: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
