Cpanel Update Hangs.

The Cpanel Update is hanging every time i do it.. At the same place via WHM or Shell... Ive rebooted.. What could the problem be? thnx.

PHP version file is up to date
Doing a manual update...
Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net

net-tools passes checksum
