Cpanel upgrade hangs

Hi,

I'm running cPanel 11.24.4-R34599 - WHM 11.24.2 on CentOS 5.3 and I guess this started after the last release upgrade;

When I start a cPanel upgrade within WHM it reads;

Updating /scripts...
Sync Source: http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/RELEASE/scripts

and hangs there, does not go any further. I've checked /var/cpanel/updatelogs and there's nothing there about this, only logs of the previous successful updates.

Same for Install cPAddons. Hangs when I click, can't reach that page in WHM.

Not sure if it has anything to do with this but my CSF Security Check also started hanging at the "PHP Settings" line.

And this is strange too;

root@server11 [//var/cpanel/updatelogs]# dig httpupdate.cpanel.net
;; Truncated, retrying in TCP mode.

Any ideas? Your help in this will be greatly appreciated.

Ditto At least now I know its not just me. Started late last night - well at least when i was trying to do updates, figured I would try this morning

Just an update for those having this issue, and or others related. I did file a ticket with Cpanel and they found an issue with my resovlers.
