Cpanel upgrade unable to connect error
Hello All,
On my server none of the cpanel scripts are working. The sites that use those are showing errors. I tried to upgrade cpanel, update Addon Scripts/ modules etc. But it all ends up with the same error:

Please help! The data center says there is nothing they can do on this. Any idea whom to approach or what to do to resolve this as soon as possible.
