cPanel Upgrades

I am currently running cPanel 10.2.0 - R-82
I was informed that there is a new release of cPanel 10.4.0

Is this true? If so, where do I get it?

If there is something you can upgrade to, you can try

/scripts/upcp --force

The 10.4 build is only an Edge release so far. http://layer2.cpanel.net/
