cPanel user's quota

I have an user with 60 megs of space and it seems like it's full 60/60, but when I go to cPanel then Disk usage, then I see only about 3 megs of space...! any idea about that?

I am experiencing the same problem with a single account on the server. They have a 100MG account, cPanel shows 94MG used, yet disk usage shows only 6MG actually in use. Anyone?? Any ideas??
