    Default cPanel vserver

I know this has probably been done to death and I did search and posted in another thread but I think its old and knowone will see so here it is:

I installed the cpanel v server script.

I get this at the ip:2090
/usr/sbin/vserver-stat: unable to switch in context security #1

I get this with uname -a
    Linux lunar.leasecolo.com 2.4.20 #1 Thu May 15 17:19:23 EDT 2003 i686 unknown

Now what? Please, if now solution can someone tell me how to take it out. What I was trying to do is split the server leaving cpanel on my half and making another half available with no cp. Is this possible?
