Default CPanel/WHM Problem: "Home directory not available"

    Hi,

First of all, I just acquired this account from a friend so I do not know how it got into this state.

Basically, I can't access any files.

When connecting through FTP I get "421 Home directory not available - aborting"

On http I get "The requested URL / was not found on this server."

In CPanel's file manager, it says "Internal Error, can't find that folder"

Does anyone have any ideas how I can retrieve the site's files? I want to move it to another server.

    Thanks

    cPanel/Enkompass Access Level

    Root Administrator

    Default

Assuming you don't have root access to the account the most likely way is to ask the provider to transfer it.
