Cpanel and WHM SSL access ports (2083 and 2087)

For some reason I lost access to my cpanel and WHM secure access ports on my server. It started about 6:30am today. I have an SSL certificate installed that will not expire until July 2005 and, up till 6:30am today, was working just fine for this access: I can no longer access https://mydomain.com:2083/ or https://mydomain.com:2087/

However, I can access https://mydomain.com/plans4.shtml

You can even view the contents of certificate. I also get:

error 10 at 0 depth lookup:certificate has expired
