cpanel work with out imges & apache httpd failed

its work now thank you
but when i click to ip address cpanel work with out imges only green colour also
frist web host work fine but when i add one more apache httpd failed .

- Dedicated server ( One IP multiple virtual hosts)
WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-R52
CentOS 3.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

hi sorry abut my English <I know its not very will >
I mean when I create new accounts for example somewhere.com + username
from WHM apache filed <when I remove accounts apache back and work fine >
