cpanellogd causes High Loads

I see this on more and more Boxes running Cpanel. Why is cpanellogd producing so High Loads ?

I have the same on an Dual Xeon 2,4 GHZ 2 GIG RAM which is running @3,24 Load when cpanellogd is running.

I have that problem too... i upgraded cpanel and now everything seems to be ok.

Nope. Thar didnt help. I have upgraded to the latest Release no change in Loads

Is there any way to schedule cpanllogd at a specific time instead of it running at any time it wants?

I have the same probs with all of my boxes. All of them go on heavy load once cpanellogd starts.

Anyone know how? It currently is running at peak hours which is a real pain.

Anyone? cpanellogd is currently causing the load to go to 5 and although it's not peak hours right now, it's certaintly not off-peak hours.
