Have you already found a solution to this?
Almost 2 months passed, nobody replyed.

More people are having this problem, like me too and here (click) is another one.

    Excessive resource usage by webalizer:
    Code:
    Time: Tue May 19 00:00:05 2009 +0200
    Account: abxxxxx
    Resource: Process Time
    Exceeded: 20313 > 1800 (seconds)
    Executable: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpuwatch
    Command Line: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/logrunner 1.0 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/english/webalizer -N 10 -D /home/abxxxxx/tmp/webalizer/dns_cache.db -R 250 -p -n abxxxxx.nl -o /home/abxxxxx/tmp/webalizer /usr/local/apache/domlogs/abxxxx.nl
    PID: 16119
    Killed: No
Last time it was another domain and I deleted the dns_cache.db file, but now it's another domain. Any fix to this?

    Great.
How can I do that? Since I'm not the owner of the server I just do support.
The one I'm doing the support for the company who has rented the server.

So I guess the company who rents the server is the only one entitled to open support tickets?
That's why I posted here. If I must do this via the rental company it takes numerous days to get things fixed.

Problem was gone after deleting the dns_cache.db again by the way.

If you have root access to the server, you can submit a support ticket: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
