Cphulk stop it in shell urgent please

Hi I changed a value to my cphulk config via whm and now everytime I try to access anything via web it is blocking every IP is there a way to disable it via ssh? I can access my server via ssh

If anyone has this issue do the following to stop it in shell:

first:
mysql cphulkd
delete from brutes;
delete from logins;

Then

/usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/stopcphulkd

Now you can access whm and reconfigure it.
