Is there a way to fake the cpmove file for a reseller account?

My situation is this: My old host is incredibly unresponsive and I can't get my cpmove file to pass along to my new host. I've successfully transferred all the sub-accounts, I just need to transfer the reseller account info. If I can fake it with stuff I have access to on the old account, that would be great and I could finally be done with this huge headache. I have access to the WHM account (and all the CPanel accounts) but only FTP access to the site, no SSH.

Does anyone have a generic cpmove tarball I can decompress, update with my info, recompress and give to the new host?
