CpMove File Restore

I have problem to restore all cpmove files.

The process hangs in
Restoring reseller privs (if any)

Someone already had the same problem ?

Hello, i got the same problem. I am unable to restore my backups on WHM, i am only able to do it by shell. I have oppened a ticket to cPanel Support to get it fixed but no answer until now. I dont know when this problem started but i know it have less than 1 month.

Have you or cPanel Support Team fixed your problem ?

I tried to use /scripts/upcp --force and to change the cPanel version, but doesnt work :/

Hi, the problem has been fixed.

To fix it you need to go to Tweak Settings and set a value to "memory limits" on maximum memory a cPanel process can use....

If the value is 0, the memory is disabled to cpanel, so you need to set a value like 128, 256 or 512mb of memory.
