cpmove'd account does not show in "list accounts"

We've recently been migrating a few accounts from one server to another.

One of our accounts appeared to migrate completely.. but doesn't show in WHM at all.

The system user appears to have been created, as has the apache config etc etc etc.

Any ideas to get cpanel to see the account properly?

try /scripts/updateuserdomains

if that does not work

check your /var/cpanel/users folder

and add the user if its not there

dalem / bijo - thanks for your responses.

Running /scripts/updateuserdomains threw out an error about the domain in question already being owned by another user (an account belonging to the same person) - looks like there was some garbage hanging around from how their accounts used to be a long time ago.

Cleaning up the rogue entry from the /var/cpanel/users file to remove the domain from the account that shouldn't have it and running updateuserdomains fixed the issue.
