CPPOP Failed In Service Status

CPPOP Failed it says in Service Status... but everything seems to be fine...

I restarted cppop:

Waiting for cppop to restart.... . . . . . . . . . . finished.
cppop - accepting on port 110
cppop started ok

And it still says CPPOP Failed
