Default cpservd causing apache to constantly fail?

It seems that if cpservd is continually causing apache to fail. Apache is constantly failing, at the same time I usually receive an error cpservd failed, this begin to happen until an update was done a few weeks ago.....

I filed a ticket on this, any help would be appreciated, ev1servers has been absolutely helpless!

    thanks

Did you get a response on this - we also have a server at EV1 which was upgraded to RHEL from RH9 and Apache keeps dying on it also looks like due to cpsrvd.
