Default cpsrvd - cpanel apache server won't serve xml files - breaks addon apps

Does anyone know where the cPanel httpd server lives?(not the client one in /usr/local/apache, but the one that serves the cPanel and WHM sites)

It won't serve any xml files, and some of the addons to some cPanel apps have xml configuration files that aren't getting pushed to the browser!!!!

    Any info is appreciated.

    cpsrvd is located in /usr/local/cpanel

We are running 11.x and it's not serving them. Where can we specify what files cpsrvd will serve?

    Thanks.

We've tried both SSL and plaintext ports for webmail(2095/2096) as this file is used for squirrelmail.

Another related question: we are seeing errors in our webmail app related to register_globals being set to ON. Can any of the developers verify what the setting of register_globals is for the
    cpsrvd and/or webmaild?

    Thanks.

    Thanks.
PHP served by cpsrvd is governed by the php.ini located in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini. You may want to check there to see what register_globals are set to.
