I keep getting this email every 5 - 10 mins
I have tryed everything on the forums i dont know what else to do ?Code:cpsrvd failed @ Tue May 23 00:12:04 2006. A restart was attempted automagicly.

have you try a reboot on the server? Also check on the /usr/local/cpanel/logs and /var/log for some clues.

/scripts/upcp --force
also check if your cpanel stunnel is running, if not start it by /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/startstunnel
if things does not work out, try /scripts/fixeverything and see
