cpsrvd failed problem

Today i received this email form my client's server "cpsrvd failed @ Fri Aug 4 14:59:11 2006. A restart was attempted automagicly."
and now i am not able to access site via FTP
i don't know what's the problem
I can access my site "http://digimanager.net" using http but i can't access it via FTP.
Yester day i wasn't able to access it using http as well but today i can access it but i can't usign FTP

Please help me
