    How does this work with multiple resellers on a server?
    Does the ticket system automatically recognise who the resellers are and their customers can get support from them only.

    I have been able to install fine.
    Code:
    /scripts/perlinstaller HTML::Template GD::SecurityImage
    The above worked in a shell as root no problem.

    However, cPanelBilly, The user table, on a fresh install has an entry in it, but it does not show up when veiwing users via the admin. It shows via phpMyAdmin.
    Is it safe to delete that entry? Is it necessary?

    No do NOT delete that user, it needs to be there for ticekts that are not yet assigned.

    This is currently in teh TODO. But what will happen is when a reseller installs this, all of their customers that put in tickets will have it piped to the support desk.

    Looks nice. Would be nice to add the ability for the user to reopen a ticket if needed. I've had to do that myself in the past when support is in a hurry to close it.

    I'd like to see this, too.
    Overall though, I'd have to say that this has a very clean, well thought-out interface. Very intuitive. Nicely done. Installed quickly and easily. Perfect timing as we were in the process of looking for a new system and I'm looking forward to using it.
