CPU Usage to HIGH! Please Help

Hi my server load has been up and down for weeks, i cannot seem to find what the problem is. I looked on the CPU usage feature within WHM to find the following:

Why do i have so many of the following processors running:

/usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/ --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/server1.domain.com.pid --skip-locking

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL

I really want to resolve this asap, is there a way to find out what account(s) on the server are using this as im sure there shouldnt be so many mysql processors running.

They are Mysql process who are killing your server. check this :
