Crazy apache error 1)Operation not permitted: setrlimit(RLIMIT_AS):

Anayone have any ideas on this error,

[Sun Aug 21 17:49:58 2005] [error] (1)Operation not permitted: setrlimit(RLIMIT_AS): failed to set memory usage limit

Hundreds in my apache error file? It started today durring the backups running when I did a cpanel update.

Maybe a hack?

I tried to adjust the memory over and over in the WHM tweaks but it did not help.

Can I manually set this somewhere?

It seems to be effecting only one site on the server, but that site will not run scripts and has other wierd issues about going a directory deep.
