Create authorized user to access Web/FTP Stats

Hello.

Is there a way in CPanel to create an authorized user and grant him or her access to Web/FTP Stats?

I've created a web site for a friend and reluctant to give him my CPanel user name and password. Instead, I'd like to create a separate user name and password to afford my friend with access the Web/FTP Stats.
