Create FTP Accounts Script Needed

Not sure if this is the right thread for this script, so if a mod could maybe move it to the right place for me (if this is not the right place).

I am making a script for a client, and part of the script involves making FTP Accounts, is it possible to to make a PHP Script that can interact with cPanel to do this?
