    Default create new account without CGI access, but in httpd.conf give it CGI access!!

    hello, i create any account without CGI access, but i check in httpd.conf, the new created accounts has this line:
    <VirtualHost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>
    ...
    ...
    ...
    ...
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/xxx/public_html/cgi-bin/
    </VirtualHost>
    and this accounts also can run CGI programs, what's wrong and how to fix please

    If cgi is disabled for an account, the conf file should have this line in the entry:

    Options -ExecCGI
    Mike
    WHM and cPanel Scripts (join our "Scripts Club")
    D/A Photography
