Create a third level domain (adds subdomain)

Anyone knows why recently WHM adds a subdomain to the second level domain when a third level domain is created?

Previously it was not this way.

When I created the account "subd.domain.com", it was only an independent domain.

Now, when I create "subd.domain.com", the independent domain is created, but it is also added as a subdomain to "domain.com".

This shouldn't be so.

Any one know if exra (dedicated IP ) is required for creation of Subdomains created outside of the parent domains account.
