creating account in WHM

Hi m using latest version for WHM

sometimes when i create account in it
it says account creation complete

but when i click on list account, it dont list it there

Why it is so ....... ?


Also my WHM goes down many times a day.
even I cant connect through ssh

I have to request to tech support for reboot
its not that they dont do.
but it shud not go down much

even ftp stops working

any solution ?

one solution would to change hosts - who are you hosting with?

You may have to investigate more on the server.Any way if the domain is not being listed
try
/scrpts/updateuserdomains
it might solve the issue

Please check what is the load on the server, when the server goes down. Also please check any malicious scripts or procesess are running.

./scripts/upcp --force can also help. Please try that too and see if it helps you.
