Creating E-mails - There's a way?

Sorry about my english, i'm brazilian xD

I have a reseller hosting plan, with cPanel 10 installed. (I work with PHP)

I want create a script, on my website to generate a new email like <newemail>@mydomain.com, but i don't have a clue to do this...

Is this possible? If yes, how?

This is possible in cPanel 11 via API calls. It can be done in version 10 in ways that really aren't recommended. I recommend upgrading to version 11 as there is no additional cost to do so at this time.
