    Default Creating Filesize Limits

    How do I create filesize limits? Can I do it with a reseller account?

    Are you asking if you can restrict users on the maximum size of an individual file, or are you just talking about disk quota? If the latter, you can do that through WHM. If the former, then you could look into:
    /etc/security/limits.conf
