Default Creating a Full Backup from the command line?

Does "/scripts/pkgacct username" create a Full Backup/cpmove of an account, including MySQL DBs/privileges and the home directory for the account? If not, is there a way to do this from the command line?

/scripts/pkgacct does create a full backup of an account, including databases, privileges, cPanel settings, email messages and accounts etc.

Thank you I tried to restore one created via pkacct and it did indeed restore MySQL privileges as well - when I had tried backups through the cPanel interface, privileges had not been included for some reason when the Full Backup was restored.
