Well, I'm wondering if I set this up correctly.
User who has reseller main access = 1GB
Two Subusers = 500MB
Is this going to limit them the 2GB or 1GB?

Mathematically speaking the 2 sub accounts should have 512 MB each (1 GB = 1024 MB divided by 2=512 MB)
The way you've set it up is the reseller and the sub accounts combined can't use more than 2 GB total. The reseller can use 1 GB for his site and the 2 sub accounts another 500 each. They can't go over that without if being changed in the WHM
