Cron bandmin iptables: Table does not exist

Received this email after a Cron <root@server> /usr/local/bandmin/bandmin
iptables: Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?)

What could be wrong there

i got this from another forum:

script was written from DOS
and executing unix2dos converted this to linux format.

try this ?

Keep getting this cron error: /bin/sh: /usr/local/bandmin/bandmin: is a directory
