cron error in logwatch email

Since migrating our accounts to a server at the weekend, we are getting a whole load of cron errors in the logwatch email for the new server.

"error: Job execution of per-minute job scheduled for 02:15 delayed into subsequent minute 02:14. Skipping job run.
Aug 5 02:14:52 server4 crond[31467]: CRON (username) ERROR: cannot set security context"

How can I fix this?

There is was also an error in cPanel previously about cron permissions that I fixed with the command "chmod 4755 /usr/bin/crontab" but that hasn't stopped the logwatch email errors.
