Cron job can not add

Hi all,

I have problem with setting up a cron job in the Cpanel, all cron entried disapper after sometimes.

When i checked in ssh crontab -e -u justusvi

Its showing "no crontab for justusvi"

I have upgarded the cpanel , sitll problem exist.

Any one can help me ?

Same problem here. Even if we add an entry through the crontab -u [user] -e command line utility, nothing shows. I'm not ever sure where to begin troubleshooting this one.

What are the permissions and ownership for /var/spool/cron/user?

It should be set to permissions of 600 and owned by root and grouped by user.

If it exists, remove the /etc/cron.allow file.

Still i can't add through Cpanel, its working fine with ssh.

There is no cron.allow file in etc.

I am using CENTOS Enterprise 5 ,WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11
