Cron Problem with cPanel

Hello and thanks for taking the time to view this post! I am running cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 and am having a problem with cron. I have read many threads on this forum and have not found a solution to my problem. The issue is cron has been working fine for sometime, recently I added a cron job and it deleted all existing cron jobs. I can not add a cron job now, it say it updated, but nothing there. I can manually edit the file and it will show up in cPanel, but if I try to edit with cPanel it deletes it. The cron tab in grayed out in cPanel, but will bring up the page with no errors.
